Strattons and Partners a three-person team led by Alex Bowater who has been running award-winning offices across the Bath and Bristol region since 2008.

Dylan MacDonald is a partner who combines a huge passion about the moving process alongside considerable experience.

Dylan has a first class track record, having worked for more than 15 years at one of Bath’s large agencies on Bear Flat. He knows the city inside out and takes real pride in working 1:1 with clients throughout their property journey. With his experience and natural enthusiasm for people and property, Dylan will help you achieve the best possible outcome.

Originally from Edinburgh, Dylan moved to Bath as a young lad and grew up in Larkhall and Fairfield Park and attended school at Ralph Allen. Beyond the office Dylan lives in Frome with his young family and enjoys time out either on the golf course or walking the dog.

“I take great pride in my duty of care to all clients and have therefore formed long-standing connections with sellers and buyers. For me, the service I provide is very much a personal reflection of how I would want to be treated as a customer”.

Our maestro behind the scenes has over two decades of experience in photography and marketing. Nick works full time heading up the marketing side of things at Strattons & Partners ensuring that our listings shine and his knowledge ensures the business continues to develop and evolve. His extensive knowledge and versatile skill set are unmatched in the industry.

Nick's journey began in 2003 when he pursued studies in Design and Photography in Bath. His early career included roles in e-commerce, PR events for renowned brands, and managing photography studios for sporting and fashion companies. Over the past decade, he has honed his skills in property marketing, working with a diverse range of properties and estate agents in Bath and Bristol. His expertise extends to videography, RICS-certified floorplans, and drone piloting.

"We employ a variety of techniques to maximize attention for our property listings and attract buyers. Each property is unique, and it's essential to tailor our approach and utilize the most effective tools."

A lifelong resident of the Bath area, Nick now splits his time between Bath and Bristol with his family. In his leisure time, he enjoys attending motorsport events, watching films, and spending quality time with family. Photography remains a constant passion and he can often be seen with a camera in hand even when not working.
