A great result for sellers, buyers and Strattons last week with the completion of a house in Larkhall.
Sale agreed to completion in 7 weeks and 2 days
We had a lovely house to sell in a popular road belonging to a wonderful customer. Dylan explains, "The Havory is a place where we have sold three house in the last 12 months now. On this property I am confident we achieved best price in excess of £500,000 after multiple bids, delivered great communication and through our contacts had completion in under two months!"
This was Dylan's second completion that day where the sales process was much more protracted, taking over six months after agreeing a sale in two weeks of marketing.
