Dylan and his team at Strattons helped us to sell our house quickly, at a good price that we were happy with, and tracked the process through to completion. Even though our first buyer pulled out suddenly only two days after agreeing to purchase, Strattons soon found us another buyer who was in a better position to proceed. The property details were well presented and promoted. There were a few points at which the process seemed blocked, for various reasons, and Georgie was very responsive in helping to sort out the issues by maintaining good communications between our buyer, their solicitor and ours. It was helpful being able to use a dedicated Whatsapp group for messaging. Strattons definitely earnt their fee and I would thoroughly recommend their services.
